Terms and Conditions
Gallery Cottage is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. There is ONE King Size bed.
No smoking and No pets
Payments:
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking.
Balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation:
Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the booked period.
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days there will be no return of deposit unless a tenant can be found for the nominated period, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.
Alterations: An alteration to a different date is possible provided the Cottage is available (see Calendar).
If the an alteration is more than 14 days from the originally booked period there is no charge and the deposit is effectively transferred to cover the new booking. Confirmation letters/emails are essential.
If the alteration is within 14 days of the originally booked period and if the original period cannot be rented, there will be a charge of $50.
